memorial day 2009

we spent the long memorial day weekend at oak creek campground with my sister, dave and harry b. we had our own site across from corinne and dave's permanent site and had a great time. camping is easy with tony and harry...as long as they're together and entertaining each other. it's a non-stop laughing party when these boys get together. it's monkey-see-monkey-do and oh so funny!

tony showing his usa pride

this picture has us both looking a little sad, but for some reason i really like it

i love seeing my sister and harry smiling!

look at that face...and the "b" slobber under his lips/on his chin!

here is an adorable video of the boys waving their flags to "proud to be an american"...

tony and harry - proud to be american's from Christy D'Angelo on Vimeo.

i love the faces tony makes during this short video...he's so trying not to laugh at corinne and i...that would be because my sister and i were dancing around to our "choreographed" routine we've always danced and sang anytime we've heard that song play...it's very dramatic. it's either that or he's already thinking, "mom, i can't believe you're making me do this".

and an album of pictures from the rest of our awesome weekend!! hope your holiday was just as nice!

I love the pictures you used. There definitely is an honesty about using a picture that's serious.

Thank you for your recent comments on my blog. I'm glad that someone could relate to my original feelings for birth, now thinking about it a year later.

It's really hard how life can pass us by so quickly that a year comes and goes in a blink.

On a side note, I will work hard to see if I can get some of the scratch and sniff cupcakes going for your. :) wink wink.
