sorry i haven't posted...i was busy having a baby!

so it's obviously been a while since i last posted.

things were cruising along status quo...got a little crazy around 38w6d, and i had a baby.

everyone is fine and that's all that matters. i will definitely post his birth story soon. i've really stunk at this blogging thing (both on this blog and our regular family blog) for a while now, but i do hope to get back into the swing of things.

we are head over heels for this little guy which is amazing because we couldn't imagine loving anything or anyone more than we already love his big brother...who by the way is equally as smitten with him.

to sum this post up, i'd like to quote what dr. pelligrini (our fertility doctor) wrote in the note we received from him in the mail last week...

"dear folks, congratulations on the birth of your son. your persistance has paid off in a great way. enjoy your expanded family. dr. vap"

persistance...something i never thought i'd had...but sure glad i did!
