ok, so how many of you wish the same?? as excited as i was that nkotb were back and touring...i am even more (yes, i said it) excited to hear that rick springfield released a new album...uh huh...you heard me...a new album (his 17th to be exact), venus in overdrive! he not only released it, but it hit the billboard charts at #28 this week. it was his highest charting album debut in more than 20 years!!
he's been back on general hospital for a few years now as dr. noah drake (you can imagine how excited i was to be home on maternity leave when he first returned and was actually able to watch him), and just the other day on the show he debuted his new single, "what's victoria's secret?" as his alter ego, eli love. it's a great song (ok, totally in my opinion, but i have a feeling many of you will agree!) and it has a total "jessie's girl" sound to it!
take a peek and enjoy...oh yeah...he still looks yummy (the same as he did when i saw him in concert almost 10 years ago)...just a little older...but aren't we all?

what a great post!! I love Rick Springfield too! Did you see him on Oprah? it was awesome.
Have you ever seen my brother's band, Mr. Hand the 80's band play? they do a great cover of Jessie's Girl...I even got a chance to sing it with them during my bachlorette party (not my best moment on stage! singing and drinking don't go together!! LOL).
I agree What's Victoria's Secret is a really good song. thanks for sharing the clip!! :)
